A large chunk of population in India lacks access to adequate knowledge, information and awareness. This gap within the underserved section of the society deepens the adverse effects on their lives, educational status, health, dignity and productivity. Nidhi Foundation established its skill development program with the objective of socio-economic independence and wellbeing of the women and girls of urban slum community.

To instigate our skill development programme in the community we start with interactive sessions, storytelling, role play and nukkad natak before moving further and introducing the workshops and orientation programs for each set of training.
